What kind of part-time, work at home gig can I getthat’s not a scam?

My industry is slowing and I’d like to supplement my income, if not replace it, with a work at home job. Of course, I want it all–money, schedule flexibility, etc. But mostly I don’t want to get scammed by Herbalife or the others–I don’t beleive in paying for a job!
