anytime you have to put money up first it should make you weary. Try googling their name and look for reviews of the product or opportunity.

There are two answer’s on your question, a Yes and a No.
YES, there are several cases that had been reported due to this kind of
internet fraud/scam/abuse and so on.
NO, if your SMART ENOUGH how to work your internet at home without spending a SINGLE CENT.

I’m not even sure what you are talking about here. Maybe you are referring to a grant. But I wouldn’t even bother with something without a track record.

There are a lot of scams out there some companies are legitimate even if they make you pay some money but in general if the work-at-home offer costs money its a scam. I have used CashCrate its a good website to use to make a couple extra dollars a month its not big money but it is a reliable company (I have gotten a check from them).
